I have been taking creatine mono for about 2 months now but recently i have noticed a shortness of breath and chest pain etc. When i researched it i found that many people with asthma react this way to creatine, although i haven't needed an inhaler in about 7 years. As im only 16, i was wondering do i even need creatine? i haven't taken it in almost a week now just because of the breathing thing. i realize it may be nothing to do with creatine but i just wanted to rule it out. Also i didnt notice too big a difference if any when i started taking it so.. anyway thanks in advance.

That may actually be the creatine making you have to pee, find it does that to me too, but its more because i drink a lot of water.
But no, the only creatine you should take is a pure monohydrate.
But did you just seriously admit that youve been smoking cigs and weed and yet youve been wondering what has caused the relapse in athsma?Sig line can't be a novel
