I'm 163 been cutting for around 1.2 months. I know I look pretty skinny but I'm so close to have abs I don't know what to do. Once my stomach is normal without fat I'm gonna bulk once again.
Got 2-3 weeks left on cut
1800 cals
Lower stomach and lower back fat is killing me

Can you guys maybe check out my thread? I just got done with a 20 pd gain bulk. Not sure what my BF is exactly but I'm thinking I should cut to 9-10% so I can bulk for longer amounts of time.

Train abs more.. Your at 10-11% And you abs should be more visible, I'm at 10% and my abs are quite visible, since I also train them 3 times a week instensively.

Keep cutting if you still have the mindset for it get into the 10% range, then reverse diet into a lean bulk until you want to cut again for summer. It might take longer than you think as well so if you do it now you have more room for error. This will give you an accurate amount of time for your next cut and can help give you a better guideline to follow.
