Exclamation Kre-Alkalyn is just a waste of money

    Hey guys,

Would it be of any benefit for an 18 year old to use Kre-Alkalyn? My main goal is to build muscle and keep it there.
I've used creatine monohydrate but felt no difference on and off.

It is SUPPOSED to be absorbed better or some chit like that, but IMO it is annoying to take 8 pills at once.

you could give it a shot if you want. I know a couple guys at the gym that perfer it to monohydrate. They say they dont feel there is as much water weight issues and works better.

Nobody knows if there's a difference between creatine products. There's no studies that touch on the topic that I'm aware of. Additionally, the supplement manufacturers that make it don't post studies for it either. I wouldn't pay more for it over creatine mono without some evidence to back it. Creatine mono actually made a huge difference for me I went from lifting 225x8 to 245x5 after a 1 week loading phase.
