I'm going to keep it short, I'm starting offseason football for the first time and we had to do a lot of lifts. I was well experienced in all of them but the hang clean/power clean/snatch. I ended up failing and frustrating the coach. This was embarassing for me, not that I care, but I don't want it to happen again. Does anyone have any detailed video tuts on how to do these? For the hang clean I keep trying to get the bar up with my arms but the coach says to use your hips to bring it up.
