I know gains at this stage are going to be slow but still. 205lbs, 6ft
Looks like Ive gotten leaner from November? I gained only 5 pounds. wtf.. Dirty bulking hard.
Tell me your opinions.
edit: not showing legs cause they aren't exactly what I want them to be yet soon.

Your fuking start picture looks better than I did after a year of lifting. Fuk.
Looks like you've pretty much just gained pure muscle, chest and arms look thicker and back is looking good too and bf% just looks exactly the same. If I were you I'd just keep doing that, it's a slow gain but you'll never even have to cut, which is the waste of time tradeoff if you go dirty bulk for maximum size gains.

you've definitely gained muscle. keep at it bro, this the way of a natty. we're all brainwashed to some extend as to how fast and how much gains we get. nothing against ppl who are on dat dere but just know the rate of gains is wayy diffrent! always compare urself to urself, and beat it each time, good luck

i dont think so, i hit 150g fat and feel awesome and seem to be getting gains faster. protein sounds 'ok' too, some would say go 1.5 g/pound, normally i would say overkill but cant hurt if the gains are coming slow eh... how many cals? being 200+ pounds i would expect you would need in that 3500+ range to gain if your moderately active

Everyone is different and gain and different rates. You look different and you have put on some noticeable size. Is this rubbish "You should of gained more" is BS. This is a lifestyle, gains will come and you have your whole life to get them. Its a marathon bro, not a sprint.

I sometimes struggle getting 200 Protein in because I have little time to cook my meals. Getting about 3800 calories. I feel like I am going to explode. Carbed up brah.
Thanks, routine is Layne Norton's P.H.A.T with some modifications. The first year was a push/pull/legs/rest split.
I know. I sometimes forget this is a marathon. Thanks for your input !
