if you come in at 8% you'll probably still be about leanest there and I don't think you have to worry too much about size, make sure you get timing right for that last week as far as water/sodium depletion and your carb up before the show I hear thats where lots of guys **** up

im around 9% right now and I have 10-15lbs of fat to lose and 13 weeks to do it, I think I can make a serious dent in that within that time.

chest has always been a week point for me, but ive brought it up a lot in the past 6 months. Pics are with 0 food in me in the morning and no pump, chest for me is one of those body parts that when flat will look terrible but food in me and pumped and it actually looks pretty strong. Evan centopanni talks about his chest the same way in one of his videos, ive noticed mine is very similar.

oh and I couldnt train legs from july-mid october lol, 3 ruptured ankle ligaments, so been training them again for like 3 months so I know they are small and they suck but not much I can do but get super lean and pose them right and give the illusion they are bigger.
