    Aussieboi901's-Australian Sports Nutrition 10 Week Body Transformation

    Hey guys, so i entered the Australian Sports Nutrition 10 Week Body Transformation challenge.
    Calories are around 1600, biggest concern is gettin in 250g protein other cals preferably from fats then carbs
    Since i have 2 herniated discs, retrolisthesis and stenosis my exercises are limited to mostly machines, but can still do bench press and most body weight stuff.
    I have my PT on board helpin out with exercises and hopefully nyone who follows here with some exercise and nutrition advice.
    Supps i am takin include Xenadrine Hardcore, Swisse Green tea, Evolve Lipo Whey, Scivation Xtend and WPI post workout.

    Exercises so far include bench press, pullovers, seated bench, prone hamstring curls, seated rows, supported tbar rows, seated leg extensions, lat pull downs.

    Any advice on supps, nutrition etc you guys can offer would be great

    in on this! have also dislocated shoulder decemebr 27th so limited in the gym and can relate!
