I'm 5'10-5'11 135lbs and obviously bulking and trying to pack on minimal fat. Goal is to gain 10-15 pounds in 2-3 months. My most difficult challenge will be to get enough "good" calories during the day due to my hectic schedule. I'm trying to eat right while bulking not bulk by eating mcdonalds everyday. Eating a lot in general will even be a challenge for me.
I know this is a vague question because it will depend on what i ate prior in the day, but lets say i'm under my desired calories for the day and i dont have enough time to cook something for a good meal and only have time for something quick. For instance i have these frozen chicken pot pies that are 400 calories 23g of fat and 10 g protein. Would it be more beneficial or hurtful to eat something like that to up my calories for the day, but also up my fat consumption? Or should i just settle with falling short of my calorie consumption as long as i consumed a good amount of protein in the day?
Thanks

I'm going to have to disagree with you. Only doing body weight exercises before i injured my shoulder i gained 3 pounds in two weeks. You have to remember that i dont have much mass to me as it is, its not like i'm 200 pounds trying to pack on even more weight in that time frame. 15 pounds in 2 months is a stretch but in 3 months personally i think its doable.
