I tell it like it is, if you want smoke blown up your ass or something sugar coated. I suggest you get a Hooker and a powdered donut.

In after Clive, dammit!
To me, someone's who's natural is someone who doesn't take steroids, pro-hormones, insulin, or TRT/HRT. I suppose you could include creatine in the mix but creatine does not give nearly the effect that the aforementioned compounds give.
This isn't a dump, by the way, on guys who do take the secret sauce for whatever reason. It's just stating an opinion. Keepin' it real...tellin' it like it is...I've had waaaaaaaaaaaaaay too much coffee...."Don't call me Miss Kitty. Just...don't."--Catnip. Check out the Catnip Trilogy on Amazon.com

I've said this many times before: there is NOTHING "natural" about bodybuilding...really....
the degrees that we push ourselves, both in training, and in diet, is far from "natural".....
we are all "UN"natural, in a sense....some just more than others.....
And any "Natural" out there who won't admit that he has wondered just how he would look if he went to the "dark side", is a liar, me included.....
just because I haven't juiced doesn't mean that I never wanted to try it and see.....
So there are some of us, actually most of us, who, for one reason or the other, use restraint....Lift as MUCH as you can, for as MANY reps as you can,
while in complete control of the exercise.

and what is natural about a "good diet"
is it natural or normal to live on chicken breasts all the time? lol...really, take a look at our diets, most of us are obsessed.....
any and all gains that I have made over the years, is due to EXTREMISM, albeit, not necessarily of an unhealthy, per se, nature, but definitely not the "norm"...Lift as MUCH as you can, for as MANY reps as you can,

I guess if you look at it this way, then no bodybuilder is natural, as the entire reason for doing it is to put an unnatural amount of muscle on your frame. But I don't think that's what most people think about first when considering the subject of naturalness.
I also agree that if you have used substances that would disqualify you from a natural bodybuilding contest, then you're not "natural". BUT, the lists of prohibited substances are not identical among the various federations. And some natural federations will let you compete if you've used anabolics in the past, while others require you to have been free of such substances for life.
There will never be a clear answer to this question. Never has been, in any of the other times this has been brought up, either. But it does make for spirited discussion!★DSC★
