My question is basically why after a weekend of eating casually and drinking lots of champagne, am I leaner?
I eat mostly raw vegan and am very structured during the week. I eat one meal of rice or quinoa, I cycle 3-4 days per week and lift 2-3 days per week.
My diet has been going well and I have seen some great results from the program I put myself on. I noticed I began to plateau about 2 weeks ago, then went out of town and ate more. Not terribly just more. Lots of rice..
Anyways, like I said now I'm leaner. So whats the deal?! and how to I break the plateau?
