Id say chest, second choice would be back.
Abs wouldnt help since youd still have to cut to get to a low enough bodyfat to show them just like youd have to with average genetics, its not like having amazing ab genetics would mean they show perfectly at high bf%.
But if it were equal to perfect set of abs/waist all the time, then id go with that.

I have a bone disease, so it is very hard to do any workout on my legs. I do try, try things get rough and hurt bunches. Otherwise I would have to choose Abs, because I'm a fat belly man, and been trying to get my stomach down so my abs can come out more. Abs gotta play too.
