    dam bro you look huge for your weight. you are an inspiration man. I am the same height at 160, people tell me I am 12% bodyfat yet I don't look anywhere close to you. I'm trying to get down to shred mode at 145. I'm also weak as hell. how did you get so strong yet so light? you must have either done some substantial bulking in the past or just years of slowly working up?
