Supplements such as phenibut or kava have been known to help a bit but they can also offer their own problems with potential hangovers and dependence. Read up on them and decide for yourself.
Also, don't be afraid to discuss your problems with your doctor. He may deem your condition serious enough for anti-anxiety meds

top secret nutrition relax (if you can find it, i think its been discontinued)
i wouldnt mind seeing a good supp based around relaxing, but not relaxing to the point of falling asleep.
you could try a sleep supp to calm you, but you might fall asleep.. maybe half dose it.★ ☆ ★ ☆ ★ ☆ Humid South Crew ☆ ★ ☆ ★ ☆ ★ ☆

Hi, i have anxiety attack and i find that working out help out a lot.
Supplements that i have found to be helpful are fish oil (calming effect) and multivitamins (studies shows that the lack of certain vitamins can cause anxiety attack to occur).
Please do avoid stimulants at all cost, this means caffein and sugar that are present in pre-workout supplements/ tea / coffee / softdrink which can either trigger or worsen your anxiety attack.
Keep a low carb and healthy diet.
My previous anxiety attack was trigger by a poor diet, too much redbull drinks (energy drink), stress from exams and donuts.
I am currently taking the medication "Zoloft" for my anxiety attack and it had prevented it from occuring ever since.

It very sad that you have anxiety attack at such a young age, i first had mine when i was 34 years old after a traumatic eye surgery. I feel like i wanted to kill myself and find anxiety attack to be the worst of mental illness.
I feel that a lot of people here develop anxiety attack because they have taken too many stimulants and are overtraining (overtraining is source of stress for the body).
Again, avoid preworkout with stimulants at all cost.
Hope this help you.

Hi Mannyawwad. What kind of anxiety do you have? General anxiety from a stressful life, social anxiety, or something else? If it's a real problem you might want to actually get yourself checked out by a doctor. For minor occasional anxiety there are OTC supplements that can help.
