I can shoulder press 90x5 with a pretty good rom and never use a spot/can get them up myself. I was doing shoulders a week or two ago and my mp3 player just died, but I never bothered to take my headphones out. I could hear 2 bros lifting together talking and one of them went 'lol look at this guy thinking he can shoulder press that ****'. Admittiedly I am not nearly as jacked as lots of the poepl that go to my gym, but I've never seen any other person there press more than 70's. I did my lift, put the weights back and moved onto my next exercise, but every time I looked at them after that they were mirin
