Question what is the best flavored creatine powder that will not make you retain water/bloat?

I'm assuming HCL is the best form right now? or is a blend better?

When dosed properly none will really directly lead to water retention or bloat. But CreIgnite is going to be available soon, which will be a great tasting creatine blend with additional ingredients with benefits that far surpass just creatine saturation.

How much is needed per type per dose? 10g of mono = 3g hcl? I'm so confused

I would take advantage of the Concret offer, while you still can (bogo free thru 2-3). It's still spendy in comparison to bulk mono but I've been pleased with my results thus far.

3g of mono daily is really all you need to establish and maintain creatine saturation...all creatines will saturate the same. Other than like, CEE

Best form is arguable. CreaCore utilized Creatine HCL and we offer it at an outstanding price. 40-80 servings (depending if you go 1 or 2 scoops) for less than $30 after the 10% coupon.

taste is highly dependent upon preferences. im assuming youre looking for a creatine other than monohydrate. i love green magnitude. great taste, great results. its my staple. im currently experimenting/dabbling with size-on. its a monohydrate based creatine and has shown splendid results as well. all of my bloating experiences, with any creatine, have been directly correlated to my water and sodium intake. your whole food diet also comes into play with the bloating effects. if all those are in check you should rarely have problems.
can't think of anything witty for my sig

Have you thought about using a pill form of creatine? Neovar comes in capsules so you don't have to worry about taste, and I have yet to hear of it causing any bloat to guys who have used it.

That whole EPIQ line is trash. Underdosed, bad profiles and way overpriced.

You will "retain water" as creatine is going to cause your muscles cell to pull in more water. Bloating is caused by too much in the gut.

It will all create the same saturation at the end of the day. HCL vs mono you're not going to see any differences.

the EPIQ Power is a legit preworkout, but it tastes like ass.

But you don't have to load on HCL and you absorb it 189 times better than mono. do you lose strength gains if you stop taking creatine? how much should I take per day per kind?

I remember looking at the profile and price and weak dosages of all the Epiq stuff and laughing my ass off

As for the creatine. Once saturated you're saturated. Why would you stop taking it?

    You're over complicating a bit.
