Alright so I've been gyming for quite a while now, my friend did a schedule for me which was..
Day 1 Chest + Triceps 4 chest & 4 triceps exercises
Day 2 Back + Shoulders 5 back & 5 shoulder exercises
Day 3 Legs + Biceps 4 legs & 5 biceps exercises
Alright so it wasn't really needed to mention which exercises exactly it was pretty much the very basic ones..
I just want a bit tougher program, for 5 days a week...
All I'm asking is for someone to help me out with a new fresh routine that I can follow since I'm aiming for a 6-12 week transformation and I'm planning on literally going suicidal in the gym...
