Awesome man! Start keeping track of your nutrition, and consistency. It's one of those things that just takes time and you can't get frustrated with it. Be realistic with yourself and just keep plugging away. Educate yourself as best you can on the proper ways to do things, and then find out what works best for you and your life.
Also, have fun with it. Don't make it your life and enjoy the process. This will help you make it life sustainable. I unfortunately had to learn this the hard way.

Impressive as hell...Catch some reps
Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small men who find it easier to live the world they're been given than to explore the power they have to change it...Impossible is not a fact...It's an opinion...Impossible is not declaration...It's a dare...Impossible is potential...Impossible is temporary...Impossible is nothing...

Thank You. The transformation pic is right around 12 months. From the "after" pic to the latest update was exactly 8 weeks, so around 14 months in all.

Haha I don't know about fitness athlete, lights and tanning can do a lot. Ya the side by side really helps see the difference. I would look back during the process and couldn't believe I was ever like that.
