Hate to be the bearer of bad news but it is EXTREMELY difficult to efficiently burn fat and gain muscle at the same time. Possible, but difficult. I would focus on getting rid of your fat and clean bulking. Check out thermogenics if you really are set on a supplement, but I would recommend a good clean diet on a caloric deficit (taking in less than your maintenance, see stickies for details) and a good workout routine.

Whether or not you are bulking or cutting depends on your macros, not on a supplement. If you're interested in a great fat burner though, check out MuscleTech's Hydroxycut. It's currently Buy 1 Get 1 Free in the store right now as well.

I know this isn't really the answer you are looking for, but there are no magic supplements which are going to make you pack on muscle while losing fat. As mmaz21 said, recomping is incredibly difficult, you are much better off calculating your macros and eating at a calorie deficit to cut bodyfat, then bulk up.
As far as supplements go, some whey protein and multivitamin would not go astray. Thermogenic fat burners might help too, but are definitely not necessary. Again, supplements are not magic. The only way to achieve your goals is though hard work.
Good luck!

I'd spend some time in the nutrition section sorting out your diet first. No fat burner is gonna get you anywhere without an accompanying diet.
After that, I'd consider something like ErgoShred or ErgoBurn NMT as options to give you a little extra edgePicking things up and putting them down since '09

as others have stated, fat burning and muscle building are 2 different processes..with either one, supplementation is most effective with a spot on diet. i notice the most results from supplements when im already around a couple pounds of my goal weight whether cutting or gaining.
can't think of anything witty for my sig
