Unhappy Whats going on?Why can't i get any muscles?

    Hello everybody
it seems like i cant get any muscles but i work at a job that requires i lift over 6-10 tons up and down 1-3 flight of stairs (every day).
I can lift 2 times the amount that anybody can lift all day everyday.
Do you need muscles to be strong?
    Honestly this is so depressing!
I lift about 120-150 pounds of dead weight and carry it up the flights of stairs then i come back and do it again 30 times more!
    And its so easy!
Is there a certain protein powder i can take to get bulked up?
Or could i make my own for cheaper?
    please help

Start a good routine, lift heavy weights, eat in a calorie surplus, sit back and watch them gains!

Bodybuilders approach their training much like artists approach their medium. We train for proportion, symmetry and size. We do this by implementing different exercises and techniques. Power lifters train for strength and they approach their training with their own methods that give them those strength gains. Just because power lifters and body builders both use weights, doesn't mean that our results are the same. You may be strong, but your muscles will not look the way you'd like just from having strength. You have to train them into shape. Literally. You have to train them until they are shaped and look the way you'd like them too.
