    need motivation for BULK

    hi everyone,

    Just wondering if anybody would like to give me some motivation as i am going through a bulk and starting to feel worried that i am going to put on fat, im starting feel as the more i eat the fatter i get thinking like this is starting to hinder my gains, anybody fancy giving me some motivation the bite the bullet and break through these thought

    former anorexic, time to turn my life around

    That is the main thing if you are worried about putting on fat. Slow bulk at just a couple hundred calories over is usually best for slow bulking. You need to have patience when slow bulking as progress will be slow, but make sure you are weighing yourself every week(same time, early in the morning after using the bathroom) and putting on 1-2lbs a month.

    if you are scared to put on fat you are already one step behind in my book. never be scared. you are in complete control and if your goal is to get jacked and beat this **** then dont stop until you get there regardless of any short term fat gain. be relentless, prove it to yourself that no obstacle is too big to derail your dreams.
