Hey PTs,
Got a question for you - what apps/websites/software do you use to for your client management, lead management and client progress tracking?
I haven't really seen any out there that do what I want. Do you even use apps/websites to manage your clients - or should I just use paper?
I'd like to have charts that I could show the clients their plan and progress, plus just for me a list of the clients and potential leads.
Just like to know what's out there that can help.
Thanks in advance - you guys rock!

I have an ASUS tablet that I write my workouts on and carry with me throughout the sessions. Paper is too unorganized and looks unprofessional IMO. NASM has a downloadable template that I can just fill in my workout on a Word Processor Program, and it is simple and efficient. Stats wise, I do all my tracking and graphs on Microsoft Excel, doesn't get any easier than that, but you have to know how to use it.

If you have an iPad, there is a free app in the app store you can use to copy all of your excel and word processor files over to it for saving and editing. It can pretty much copy your entire desktop electronically. It's easy to carry around and looks more professional than a heap of papers. Welcome to the 21st century

I'm a big fan of Excel and Word. It's a lot easier to write out workouts for your clients once you have a basic spreadsheet already set up. There's really no limit to what you can do with these two programs. A great tool to have.
