    1 Month progress pics & BF estimate?

    Hi all,

    So after a month of dieting i have lost 9kg. Personally i dont see much/any change but everyone else does (apparently) so here they are, also a body fate estimate would be nice. Sorry the photos are pretty bad as im new to taking photos of myself haha

    Diet/cardio daily and lifting on a 3 day split but lighter weight more reps. Starting a plan with my personal trainer tomorrow which should get me waay better results i hope. Cheers for the reply too

    Post the plan your pt comes up with, a lot of people on here are skeptical of PT's and their advice. Maybe some forum members can help you reach your goals.

    I'd say higher than 25%, more like 30%. GL op keep at it though.

    28%ish but good work keep it up. Like the others say, post your routein up that your PT gives you. Could save yourself a lot less by asking people on here.

    Thanks for all the replies. Did the inbody machine today and got 24.8% BF. Lower than i expected but it was good to see
