My weight is 370 lbs and i'm 5'11 I want to know what is a good number to have as far as daliy calories are concerned. Would taking in only 2300 calories be a good for weight loss? thanks guys

At 370 you can afford to have a steeper deficit, but if you are losing say 4-5lbs a week at that level don't be afraid to up the calories a little. I would rather see your weightloss slow down a little rather than you burning out and going on a binge or something.
