tues-back,bi,forearms
wed-abs,obliques,lower back,
thurs-shoulders, traps
friday-chest and tri
sat-monday rest
my question is since i am working out 4 days straight will my body be able to heal all those muscles after working them out so close together. due to school and work i only have time to workout those days.

sunday i play football and my legs get a good workout plus from playing soccer when i was younger my legs are more developed then my upper body, once my football season is over i will switch up the abs day with legs and you hate these threads so dont read them, i dont need to use someone elses routine i got one that works for me.
