get in a time machine and go back some number of weeks and then re-ask the question......

seriously though, at six days out you probably won't be able to make significant changes. Just stick with what you've been doing, don't cut water/sodium etc. or any of those other so called "tricks" to make you look better (they call them tricks for a reason... they don't help much if at all). You MIGHT be able to get away with a little carb depletion and then back loading, but at 11% bf you prolly wont see much of a difference.

^This^ Use this as a lesson learned and know that its never a bad thing to be ready early for a shoot/competition.

Take notes and observe when those good days are year around (...what you ate, how much you drank, sodium, training, sleep, etc) and then you will have the info needed to make it happen when needed. At 6 days out, there is not a whole lot you can do to improve and a lot you can do to look worse.
