-my friend is having a party soon... and if you party often you know not to have one unless you don't care if your sh*t gets f*cked.
-she owns 2nd house/mansion and she's had 1 party before hand.
-the neighbor came and kicked everyone out, cops never came.
-planning to have another party for her birthday (this is 6-8 months later)

GOOD IDEA vs. BAD IDEA: talk to neighbors and explain bday situation and say planning on having a small gathering of dearest friends and if they have any problem if it gets too loud/ect they can call me? or do you think they'll **** me over and call the cops and give them my number or something?

no i didn't use this idea from project x. people do it all the time. but this is a rich neighborhood with old ****s who have nothing better to do.

Had a party over the summer, only around 20 kids (close friends) but never again, once people start drinking no regard for your shiz is given, including by myself. seriously though how did you make so much noise, in a MANSION, that the neighbor could hear it and complain? i have music bumping, people yelling, beer pong games going in the backyard and you can't hear shyt when you step into my front yard. also i mostly have chill neighbors.

close doors, windows, etc, and if necessary keep everyone inside as opposed to letting them run around and yell outside

if you dont care, invite as many people as you know and let them spread the word and get plenty of alcohol. the best one ive been too the kid spent $800 hosting it, just buying snacks, drinks and the alc. The kid had like everything you needed for a party, almost unlimited alc and snacks, huge speakers, lights, tables, bongs, hookah, separate rooms and everything. It was perfect

I go to big parties but when it comes to hosting i only get 10 - 15 close friends around otherwise the mess is a ****. Also if you lift the same day you party you get DOMS heaps hard the next day because the body hasn't had time to recover

I throw parties quite a bit with my roommates, if it's your house just be alpha about it and don't let people **** your **** up.

If you can't handle your alcohol then I wouldn't recommend throwing a party at your place, random people drinking in a house they don't give a **** about is a sure fire way to get your **** stolen and broken.
