Hey guys, I made the decision to turn my life around after my senior year of football. I started, but only because my team wasn't that successful. On November 15, 2012 I made the choice to begin lifting and dieting. Currently I am 197 pounds up from 179 and have taken my bodyfat from 17% or so percent down to 15-16%. So for November 5-Jan 15 how am I doing?

My current goal is to get around 10-15 more pounds of muscle mass and then look to start cutting. I need to make sure I am staying in rugby form as well because I will be playing in college this coming year. So in essence, I want to improve the aesthetic portion as well as my performance.
