Hey everyone, I've been working out for about a yr now and am looking for some input on my progress..what i should focus on and what I should do from here. I'm starting to feel like i'd like to be a little leaner...especially my back area (I have some love handles)..you can't really tell in the pictures. Do you think I should just suck it up and keep trying to gain or cut for a little than continue? I'm 5'7 and only 153. Started around 130. I only have one before picture..wish I had more.
