    Pain between Bicep and Shoulder

    Hi all,

I have recently done something in my right arm that causes pain when I lift my right arm straight up.

The pain comes from the area between the bicep and the shoulder.

There was a chiropractor at my gym yesterday for member appreciation day and he adjusted me and told me I may have 'sublocated' (or something IDK) the tendon that connects my bicep and shoulder.

Should I just avoid lifts that target the shoulder?

I'd like to not be out of commission for longer than I have to.

    Thanks ahead of time.
