Plan on going on a cut, when I was trying to get bigger I had been doing about 5 minutes of light cardio each workout (five times a week) and I just did it after lifting because it seemed too little to do it on its own. Now that I will incorporate cardio more, I wanted to get some thoughts from people with experience.
Also, while on the subject, any recommendations for duration of cardio and how many times a week?

I would suggest incorporating some HIIT training days into your routine. Its usually best for them to have their own day. They are great for fat burn. Try to keep them between 15-20 minutes each and do them two or three times a week. Also try doing some jump rope/ speed rope exercises they also work great for burning fat.
