    Explosiveness, reaction time, sprint speed are all directly benefitted if you do cleans right. That being said the majority of high school football players I see Doing cleans in my university gym have such piss poor laughable clean form that the only thing they're helping is their upright row.

    Doing it right with a full triple extension will net you some serious athletic dividends however
