    Ive never taken a pre workout in my life
    Ive drank coffee maybe 4-5 times my entire life
    Dont know what red bull tastes like

    wow im actually surprised most of you guys went with xpand. The GNC guy told me to go for xpand...and i never trust GNC employees..guess he was right then. Thanks alot anyways!

    one thing though...how come xpand..is rated lower than all those other pre-workouts even though alot of people say its good

    Furthermore...how come 99% of people say white flood is good...yet its rated 8.2 here....is the bb.com rating system complete bullox ?

    Pay very little attention to ratings, and be very skeptical of the nonsense and invalid claims in reviews. 95% of store ratings are given by 1)stooges with no knowledge or credibility, 2)company comrades who were given free product, or 3)a combination of both.

    Out of the choices you listed, C4 or Xpand 2x is the way to go.
