What am I doing today??
I'm continually buying healthy food choices and keeping 'crap' food out of the house. If roomates buy food that I consider 'crap' then I make em keep it in their rooms!! lol Lifting 5 days a week with a few ab and cardio days thrown in there just to give me a rest from lifting and keep some of the extra bodyfat off. Gotta start the cut for summer soon when it starts to heat up here in NE!
Make your workouts harder than hell so that in the end you will be able to see heaven.
My goals, wake up and be all i can be everyday whether it'd be in the gym, at work or anywhere else. Far as the gym get my shoulder press up, try to eat more meals with loads of protein and healthy carbs.
