My goal for this month is to pack on 4-5 more pounds during this bulk and make sure my numbers keep going up. Todays plans are simple: eat, eat, lift, eat. And then eat more

Right now, I'm mid bulk. Hoping to put on another 7lbs by April. Today is rest/recover and eat day. . I think I'm right at my 1yr of working out, right now. Maybe a couple more weeks. Started at 148lbs, bulked to 166lbs in about 6 months. Cut to 156lbs in 3 months and bulked back to 166lbs the last 2 months. I just wish I found a 5x5 plan from the start. :/

i am trying to bulk up for next football season. i weigh around 170lbs and i want to get up to 185lbs by next season. im in the gym almost everyday 2 hours a day and am seeing amazing results. I do chest and shoulders monday, back and abs, tuesday, tri's and bi's wednesday, and cardio and legs on thursdays. i have already gained 10 lbs in the last month and im aiming for 15 more. i currently dont have a shaker which makes it hard to mix up protein and what not into a water bottle.

My goal is to reduce my Body Fat percentage(which is 15%) down to at least 10%. Today, unfortunately I am working a very long shift with the military so the most I can do today is pushups in my ACUs. I'm not going to run in them because I've done that already and that is really not cool(AT ALL!). I would go running today(Interval Sprints) and go to the gym for about an hour if I could. Tomorrow we get off before 1300, hopefully so I probably will change and run then. What I am doing today besides pushups to work on my goal is drink lots of water to prepare and stay hydrated for a nice workout tomorrow.
Excellent promo! It's cool reading some of these.

my goal is to just continue being consistent . that is what will bring results. i put myself in position to make progress every single day . doing what is neccasary to keep getting better. that means not missing any meals or workouts. always focusing on what im doing when im in the gym . if im doing biceps my mind is focused on biceps. im not thinking about anything else but my biceps . not letting any distractions get in the way . when im in the gym its serious , i pay attention to detail . for example setting the height of the seat on a machine so that it is right for me. i see so many people just sit in a machine and mindlessly go through the motions. when im in the gym im serious and i work hard. when i go to sleep that night i need to know that i did what was neccasary to move forward with my goals . i eventualy will step onstage looking better then the previous time .
this is all up to you , great power lies in your hand's .

I am trying to bulk to 200lbs. Currently I have made it up to 191 which is highest weight since I was pretty chubby. I am not dreamer bulking though, I just have been adding some more rice or quinoa to my meals and oats into my protein shakes.

Right now: Continue to get stronger and rebuild myself with each and every workout.
Intermediate goal: Hit 160 by this summer.
Long term goal: Hit 175 by the end of the year.
This shaker looks awesome and I would love to try it out! I actually recent just wrote a pretty in depth review of the new animal shaker and my thoughts upon using it. Here's a link if you want to have a look > http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=151393043.

Figured i'd better get in on it .
App
My immediate goal is to cut down 7 more lbs, to hit my goal of 150. I starter at 178 and im hoping to hit 150 here soon! After that, just to give some more detail, i plan on doing a lean bulk and stacking on some muscle .
As for reaching my goal; like you said, i take it day by day. Today i hit my calories/macros dead on; almost slipped up and went to McDonalds, but i held out! (lol) I also got my daily workout in; today i did Bicep and Tricep exercises, for the most part. I plan to keep on keepin' on and reach them goals!

I want to finally lose this small gut I've had for the last few years and really etch out my core as well as go up in strength and size. I live in Miami and as corny or weird as this sounds this place can be a bit harsh. I'd like to be able to defend them if need be and I've had a slow go at it but have been making some good gains. Also, I like the feeling you get with exercising regularly. Feeling good about yourself, confident. Helps in every aspect in your life and will continue to bodybuild until the day I die.

My Goal:
I'm in contest prep right now for my 3rd bodybuilding show. I'm no longer a teen so I'll be in the adult league. I want to do some damage in this show! Dropping down to 185 or so(Currently at 210, started at 235-went overboard on my bulk) Show's in June
What I'm doing TODAY
I have a dieting coach who has laid out my diet plan meal by meal, very exact---I have to weigh and measure all my food out. I have followed it perfectly for the past 2 weeks ever since I started and I'm doing the same thing today! No cheating! Following my meal plan so I can win and be a BEAST at the show
