    Thumbs up

My goal is to gain well rounded overall strength...to achieve that goal I am running a strength routine, but more specifically Today I prepped my meals for mid morning snack, lunch, and another snack...can't miss meals if ya want to grow and gain strength...I'm on the road from 8 am til bout 5 so being prepared is extremely important. #to be a beast, eat like a beast!

    Wow awesome promo here.

    My immediate goals:
Currently I'm cutting until I hit 10-12% BF while doing 5/3/1, progressing in my strength. Once I hit my desired BF%, I'll be fairly skinny, so at that point I'll be ready to forever bulk onto my lean base.

    Today's Agenda:
Today I'm eating no more than 2400 calories, targeting 200g of protein within that limit. In about two hours I'll be arriving back to college and going to the gym. I get to set a new OHP PR using the most weight I've ever attempted as my first day of 5/3/1 week for my sixth cycle of 5/3/1; I'm friggin pumped!

    Good luck everyone!

My goal is to drop 15lbs before Easter by eating healthy and doing a lot of cardio. I can't make it to the gym today, instead I will be doing the Insanity workout video along with lifting free weights. I want to lose 15lbs, but also look very toned so I can feel comfortable in a bikini this summer!

I plan on getting my first ever six pack. TODAY I am hitting my macros, killing [Or killed already, if you want specifics] a heavy workout and staying on top of my school work to remove stresses and keep down that cortisol.

Ok, Im in for the shaker! I am currently doing roughly 3 hours of Nordic skiing for my High school team. Just got back from our Sections race, finished 1st. After school and skiing, I go home pump out some homework and some reps. I am training mainly to gain mass along with gain strength for Nordic. My goal for next year this time is to be around 170lbs of lean muscle with a low body fat percentage.

    Lift
Delts: 4 exercises, 5 sets of (15,10,8,6,6) each exercise... 20 sets total (1 min rest)

Abs: 15 minutes of whatever hell I can put myself through.

    Meal Prep
I prep my meals every Monday and Thurs/Friday each week depending on my needs. Tonight is my night. Going to boil 20 eggs, cook some chicken, beef, maybe some fish, and Broccoli. I think I may cook a few baked white potatoes (not cutting so I eat those) and some rice as well! Will upload pics tonight. I do all this meal prep because as a college student-athlete, i have ZERO time during the day to prepare food. I just take a couple containers to the locker-room, pop them in the fridge and eat them between classes as well as before and after practice.
Well its a bit late but finally got my pic for my grocery shopping and my meal prep!!

Great Promo! Love the new BEAST Shaker!! Ive got one of your "Old School" ones, pretty much the same except the new lid is sweet!!! I'd love to pick up a new one. I use my old one not omly as my shaker, but as my milk cup daily
Ill throw in my goals...win or not, I'll most likely grab one from your store if available?

My Goals? Current goals are training for upcoming Spartan Race. I am currently doing HITT training in the A.M. and hitting gym at night. My goals for this years race are to place in top 4% and tops in my age class. Future goals: After the race, i will be looking at different ideas and possibly start training for an over 40 competition locally. My permanent goals>>> to make myself better than the day before.

Good luck to all applicants, winners will LOVE this shaker!

My Goals are to drop my belly by the end of this month and be around 15-17% BF (Currently 20-23% BF)

What I did TODAY to help reach that goal is 20 minutes of cardio in the morning and then I hit some weights (Chest/Tris till failure) and some cardio
to finish it off and eating healthy @ 1700 calories and trying not to go over.
I want to do a clean bulk before summer so I can take off shirt off and not be embarrassed!
