Thank you, its been the worst injury by far. I have finally been able to see some growth out of my calf. I know it all to well also, I broke my fibula and tore the lateral ligaments in my ankle last year. Have a 7 inch plate in that leg now, it's a cool scar at least. I think i was out of therapy for 6 months before I was back in it again haha.

Today was Day 17 (rest and cardio) of my 2nd run through of the Kris Gethin 12 week trainer.
Tomorrow is another rest/cardio day, followed by Shoulders, abs and calves on Friday.
Was pushing 290lbs in July 2012, currently down under 220, but still got some work ahead of me.
Would love a chance to try out some Beast products (especially interested in the Beast Mode PWO).

Do I even lift?
Nothing better than a thursday with only 1 hour and 15 minutes of class. Morning gym sesh completed, now onto a day of solid dieting with IF, and then an afternoon nap followed by some basketball. Relaxed bump .

My goals are to bulk up to 180 and keep my agility and speed at the same. Or close to. So right now in preparing my meals for tomorrow .
Chicken breasts
Spinach
Rice
And potatoes
Right now.
Btw beast ik i dont have many posts but im pretty experienced and i love the quality of your products, therefore ill give u one hell of a review !!!

My 2013 goals are to compete in 2 NPC shows starting with one on April 6th. Ive started prepping and currently been cooking my meals 6 a day, chicken, rice, oats, and veggies and some shakes. im competing in the physique division and ready to bring the best body i can. I workout 6 days a week and am excited to what this year has in store for me.

Usual bb diet if you ask me. Twice a week I prep 1-lb of 93-7 grilled turkey meat (or tilapia), 2-lbs of 99% lean grilled chicken, 6 baked sweet potatoes, quinua (or brown rice), 15 boiled eggs, plus whatever else I feel like making, and head to the store for all my fresh stuff! Not to mention canned chicken and tuna for on the go! I roll through my 10-lb boxes of oats in about 3 weeks... Hahah yikes, thank god for bulk food superstores, or else I would be broke!!

IMO, I feel like IF is so much easier on days with a lot of classes because while in class, I am actually doing something as opposed to sitting at home waiting for the time to pass by so I can break my fast.

Yeah I second this, but it works out well because I break my fast around 12, 12:15, or 1 everyday, so today I went to the gym at 7:30, got back at 10:20, showered, then had class from 11-12:15.
