Do any of my maxes seem out of proportion to each other?

    Bench- 385
    Shoulder press- 225 (seated)
    Squat- 495
    Deadlift- 455 (1)
    Power Clean- 295
    clean and jerk- 265
    Snatch- 205

    I weight roughly 230lbs, 5'10"

goals are to get to 200-210lbs, while getting 495 deadlift, 405 bench, 315 clean, and 225 snatch... in the next few months

    anything seem out of proportion,

    "Cunning linquist crew"
"Flies confederate flag, not racist crew"

I like my cars American. I like my guns European. I like my food Asian. I like my women African.. wait what?

In terms of seeming out of proportion your squat looks weird being bigger than your deadlift. Do you squat to depth? I guess you do if you do the oly lifts, so its just weird. Every time I see that though the person claims they are just better at squatting etc and when I see them squat, its high. Other than that not sure what you are wanting us to say. Looks fine.

well the elephant in the room is the deadlift... All your lifts are pretty good, but 455 deadlift... is a bit low. Perharps you do not train it often (slow pull) and do more olympic stuff which could explain that.

other than that, I kinda would expect someone that can almost bench 4 plates to do a bit better with seated overhead press

As with everyone else - the deadlift. Not sure how you can clean close to 300 and squat close to 500 but only have a 455 dead. Even if you didn't train it, I'd expect it to be higher. An Oly lifter at my old gym could clean ~400 and never really trained the deadlift. Then one day he decided to try it and hit 600.

your deadlift as everyone else has stated but I'm kind of surprised your clean and jerk isn't higher as well. Your jerk is almost equal to your seated shoulder press? seems like you could use some work on you jerk technique then
