Thanks for the reply. I do agree, I would cut faster if I reduced calories even lower. Having said that, I don't want to go so low that I am lacking the needed energy in the gym. As of now my lifts have not went down. 200-300 below along with killing it every day in the gym will get me there soon enough.

looking good, what have you been doing for shoulders? just curious, I had an injury as well and have found that using smith for explosive military press helped me a lot to overcome some of the barriers it caused in strength gains.
I'd say you are probably around 10 as well....have you ever considered hitting up universities in your area? it's pretty often you can find exercise physiology research to participate in for hydrostatic bodyfat testing (i believe considered most accurate) and you can get a free stat sheet out of it? did this twice at my undergraduate school and was really cool to have
