I eat around 5-7 meals per day and I am bulking. I'm 5'6 140lbs
Most of my body fat is carried on my stomach (I think) and I'm not really sure on my accurate BF %, the electronic disk-like thing you hold at my gym said 8.3% though, and that was 3 weeks ago. I've gained 6lbs since.
I'm eating around 2500-3000 calories a day, and almost always feel like I'm hungry now that I eat small meals, but I don't always feel like eating because I'm so bloated and my stomach is so puffed out.
What causes this? Is it just water weight or what?
Also throw out an estimated BF % please
Thanks!

Did you just come off a cut or raise your calories up substantially? That could be the cause of the bloat. Also, if your drinking a lot of your calories, I know that'd make me feel bloated. As for being hungry yet bloated...that doesn't make sense. Maybe you could try eat less frequent, bigger meals. (Like 3-4 meals at like 700 calories each)
Your calorie intake seems like a decent surplus for your wait, so that's good
And I'd say your about 11% BF
Keep bulking bro, good luck
