Eat at maintenance for a week to break cut plateau?

    Hey all,

So I've recently been cutting at 1600kcal - 174P, 54GF, rest carbs. Been weighing and eating everything properly. Been losing 1 pount a week constantly. Been doing since December I'm down from 185 to 171.6 as of this morning, but my weight's been at that for the past week now. Should I eat at maintenance for a week and then go back to 1600 - what are your thoughts? Any feedback will be appreciated.

Do a refeed day, where you go approx 500 cal over maintenance with a great amount of carbs. Then continue doing what your doing and see if that works.

    Adjust after THREE weeks.
There is always someone less fortunate, with real hunger, with real adversity, who made something of themselves. What is your excuse?

Thank you andyat11 and serpentarius. I'm also wondering something (math based) if anyone of you guys or another member can help that would be sweet. So say I was 185lbs 25% and I'm around 171. At what weight would I be at 12% bodyfat assuming I've lost only fat (I've def gotten a little smaller so it's probably not all fat)? Thank you!

Also I uploaded progress pics so someone can help me determine my "actual" bf where it sits currently.
