Did a search and didn't find any recent threads about them.
Any new websites/apps out there that are better than the older ones?
I'm thinking of using the following
Cronometer
Fitday
Myfitnesspal
livestrong
I want one that will let you set your macros yourself. I hate when the website recommends macros and won't let you change them.

I use caloriecount.about.com (or google "calorie counter")
You can customize your daily targets for everything, including micros!
The defaults on some of the things are stupid (cholesterol, for example)..
I also like this one because you can add new foods with ease, and there's a very large existing database. The first known contraceptive was crocodile dung, used by Egyptians in 2000 B.C.
