    Can you identify this bench?

looks like it has flat and incline, has "xxx body" on the leg. Trying to find out what model it is and if it's a good deal.

Its parabody, not sure of model. It's a sturdy bench, I had one for a couple of days. I picked it up with some 60lb hex dumbbells for $30. Sold the dumbbells for $65 and the bench for $75.

    Parabody.
You need a good rack, a bench, and a 300-lb Olympic weight set. Now, what was your question?

If it's the model I think it is, the seat portion of the bench slides to the rear as you raise the back, making it a very useful bench for shallow racks.

I've got an older Parabody model of that bench. It does slide backwards as you go from incline to 90 degrees. The main thing about it I don't like is when doing dumbbell incline presses the front feet stick out way in front of the seat pad and you have to step over them when getting into position. To me, it's just an awkward design. I got mine free so I'm keeping it for now. I wouldn't buy one though.

True, the front feet do stick out quite a bit when the bench is fully inclined, but it's really no worse than many commercial tricep benches.
