    Weak back causing lower back to round?

    Okay, so I have been trying to get my squat form down for about a month now. I got it all down except for the pelvic tilt that I keep getting. My last two workout sessions I have been really focusing on trying to arch my back and keep it arched, however, I can't seem to keep it when I go down. Is it possible that I have a weak lower back and it causes me to have the pelvic tilt? I think my hammies are a little tight also I've been trying to do whole body stretches to fix that. Could it maybe be my abs? I think I have weak abs also. What type of excersices should I do in order to strengthen these? Thanks guys!

    Okay, I have been doing hamstring stretches, this one in particular http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=39JhpmvzUeQ. Should I keep squating while im stretching? Or is there no point in doing it if I don't have proper form? Thanks!
