Has anybody done this? What should I work out? I am doing a lot of upper body workouts.. and legs
I did a Tough Mudder in September of this last year. It would be good to work on your upper body strength and your cardio.

Barbell Bench Press - 295 lbs
Squat - 455 lbs
Deadlift - 425 lbs
Hang Clean - 270 lbs
I did Warrior Dash and really all you need to work on his cardio for it. I don't know how well it compares to Spartan Race however.
