Use a calf block at the end of each time you train. Do 2 sets of up/down 10 reps then hold down to stretch the hams real well but not to failure. to build the mass hold up until you can't possibly do it another second. Your calf will probably spasm for a minute or two afterwards but will recover very quickly. Calves must be burned out to get real growth since they're used so often during daily life.

what I've found to work in the past is something that lots of people forget about.
Tempo.
Go heavy.
Try something like 5x5, with a 3 count negative

Bro my calves along with my lats are my best assests. I found that what I'm doing grows your calves lile crazy!! Go on the leg press with weight you can do 30 reps with, do 10 reps neutral footing then after 10 point your toes outward go for another 10 then point your toes inward and finish with that 10. Do that for 3-4 sets then do the same on any other calves machines are at your gum try to get 8-10 sets in on claves. And stretch lots imbetween sets

Usually do 10 sets of calf raises in the edge of a surface an inch off the ground going all the way down where my heel hits the floor all the way up very slow and heavy only gettin about 12 reps
I do that Monday, Wednesday, and Friday then on Tuesday and Thursday usually do some jump ropes which hits then as well. They've grown about a half inch in a month
