    How to be lean before photoshoot..

    Hi guys;

    Please all informations are the same, can somebody say me the real for preparing a photoshoot or stage. How to workout and diet and cardio plan or whatever please help me i wanna be model but i dont know how.. I have good muscle for just i cant shredd them well. i need some plan please help...

    You could avoid too much sodium/red meat a few weeks before. Depending on your body type, water retention can make you look thicker(unless u want that)

    It's also good to eat a ton of fiber throughout the day to clean waste out and improve digestion.

    To lose fat it is all about eating smaller portions and reducing that caloric intake. I also suggest calculating your BMR and counting the amount of calories you eat everyday.
