    Triceps on Back day

    On my chest day i can't hit my triceps, because of the presses and chest dips my triceps are burned out.

    I need to move isolation for triceps to my back day.

    How many sets should i do for triceps that day? and what exercises? i have only in mind skull crushers and tricep kickbacks for completely isolate the triceps without envolving anything else.

    PS: I don't go to failure in any set i do straight sets.

    Yeah, i do triceps on back day aswell (previous day is chest/shoulders). Personaply my tricep workout is;

    4-5 sets of skullcrushers (1 warmup set, 3-4 sets goin ham)
    3-4 sets on tricep extension machine (last set drop)
    3 sets single arm cable pulldowns

    Dont know if thats a legit tricep workout as far as hitting all heads and too many sets? But ive seen great growth

    I don't know man, i think all those isolation exercises hit all heads man, they are exercises that you can do full ROM like this streching all fibers in the tricep thus hitting all heads.
    Basically what im trying to say is doing 9 sets of for example skull crusher or overhead tricep extension, is the same thing doing 3 sets with those 3 different exercises you mentioned.

    But i might be wrong someone correct me if i am wrong.
