Worked chest and Abs today, upped my sets this week from 3 to 4 on each routine and was able to hit 15 reps with no problem. the rest over the weekend did me good, work up tired and wanted to hit the snooze but got up and within 20 minutes after taking the NMT and ErgoPump I was fully awake and ready to go.
The only downside to today's workout was after hitting all my routines I was still amped up and wanting to go more. But, I was out of time and needed to get to the shower and on to the office.
This morning I added 1.5 scoops of ErgoPump instead of 1, 1 NMT and 2 ErgoShred. Also took my multi and fish oil and added 4 Con-Cret capsules.
Pump - Excellent, full pump in my pecs and front delts from the bench barbell and dumbbell work.
Energy - Awesome, had all the energy I needed to power trough this workout and like the energy bunny I wanted to keep going and going.
Focus - Fantastic, was in the zone for the full workout.
I will be doing my carb refeed tonight and then working legs tomorrow. Looking forward to another great day!
So far my nutrition has been spot on, I did have some temptation this weekend while traveling to stop and eat at Cracker Barrel and grab their Sunday Chicken Dinner haha but I resisted and at the hard boiled eggs I had stored in my cooler. One week down and 15 left to go.UnCut ~ My Pre-workout of choice!!

The packaging looks great, but the contents of the bottles are even better
This morning was leg day, still have a huge burn going making it hard to walk haha.
I was able to move my weights up from last week but stuck at 3 sets on each routine. Tonight is my carb up meal so next week I should have a carb meal the night before leg day which will be good. I think legs are my most taxing workout. I did manage to hit 15 reps on each set so I am still pleased with today's workout. Hit 345 on my Barbell squats and was able to get low on each rep. By the time I was finished with the 3rd set my legs were fried though.UnCut ~ My Pre-workout of choice!!

Today was arm day and had a great workout. Good solid pump and performance and still having trouble bending my arms haha.
Due to a general lack of following and interest today will be my last update to this log. I will begin a new sponsored log here in the next few days (before Monday) featuring my newest stack from the box of AppNut items I have sitting at home calling my name.
I cannot say enough positive about the results that ErgoPump, NMT and ErgoShred have provided me in this run. Definitely quality products you can trust in.UnCut ~ My Pre-workout of choice!!
