Needing some help, Looking to drop my bf% from 20% to around 8-10%. Have tried various diets and ways of eating but really need one that I can stick to to lose that bf% and gain muscle at the same time. Can not eat egg's thos for some reason I have a gag reflex to them.

Weight loss is a function of sustained energy balance with micro/macronutrient sufficiency playing a role in terms of body composition. It's not a function of individual food choice or arbitrary "diet".
