    Arms/Calves starting to lag pretty badly... Wut do?

    Been seeing great gains everywhere but my arms and calves the last month or two, I don't think its a diet issue as the scale is going up and I'm getting bigger.

    Been doing a full body 3x a week, hitting bi's&tris/calves with one exercise each time. Should I up it to two exercises a session or what?

    I've heard that calves respond better to heavier weight, less reps, don't over do them though or you'll tear them like I did lol.

    this lol, gonna start doing 10 sets every other day for mine. Been seeing some growth. Make sure you stretch the calf at the bottom to make sure the achilles tendon doesnt take over.
    No idea about arms; my arms are far from impressive.
    Current Squat PR: 175kg - 8 reps
    Current Front Squat PR: 122.5kg - 8 reps
    Current Deadlift PR: 205kg

    I got screwed over on the calves/arms genetics side,

    Brb 6-6.5 inch wrists on a lanky ass 6'6" arm span. Ankle size is just as proportional. Small bones make it tough to fill out.

    Will try hitting calves as much as possible though, probably play some more basketball.
